The Mindful Cowgirl

Join Clare in this small group for women as we explore what horses can teach us about being present and staying mindful. We will keep our feet firmly on the ground as we spend plenty of time with the horses without riding.  We will enjoy exclusive use of Broken Arrow Ranch cabin and picnic shelter along with the friendly horses. Each participant will partner up with one of the ranch horses.  Our time together will be relaxed and grounded, sparking curiosity and exploration.
